All sales are final. Due to the nature of our handmade and custom products, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once an order has been shipped and is in the hands of the carrier. Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.

Many of our products contain small parts and may pose a choking hazard. These items are not intended for young children and should always be used with proper supervision. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for how products are used after delivery. We do not assume liability for misuse or accidents resulting from unsupervised use.

Due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and materials, colors may appear slightly different in photos than they do in real life. We do our best to represent items as accurately as possible. If you have specific color questions or concerns, you are always welcome to email us before purchasing.

Custom orders take time and care to create. We aim for a 7 day turnaround time, but this may be extended depending on the complexity and details of the custom request. We appreciate your patience while we make something special just for you.

Our shop is a creative space filled with a wide variety of designs, styles, and ideas. We create and print items we enjoy and hope many others will love too. Everyone has different tastes and perspectives. If you ever see something that does not align with your personal beliefs or preferences, there is absolutely no obligation to purchase it. We make cute things. Fun things. Sparkly, happy, adorable things. Unfortunately, the internet says we also have to make serious statements reminding people not to give tiny bead-covered objects to unsupervised toddlers… and that screens sometimes lie about colors… and that handmade things take time… and that not every design is meant for every single human on the planet.

So here we are. Adulting. Adding the official safety section.
